Best Practice - configuration of the Eyer - Partner Connector

We recommend that you keep the Eyer - Partner Connector in a dedicated process that is scheduled to run every 1 minute. In addition, the connector should be configured with dynamic operation properties for the from / to timestamps for the query time range (see screenshot below).

We also recommend to use a single process for the Eyer - TPP Connector, and do all the setting of variables, persisting results to a DB, decisions, filtering etc in this process. Other Boomi processes can then utilize variables and DB tables populated from the single Eyer process.

With this setup, the Eyer - Partner Connector will check for new / updated / closed anomaly alerts every 1 minute, and will ensure that only current anomaly alert events are picked up.
