Grafana - Get started and setup of data sources for Eyer

Step 1

Please visit the Grafana Cloud signup page to sign up for a free account. Then login to your newly created account to proceed.

Once this guide is completed, you can start to import the dashboards sent to you by Eyer.

Step 2

This step adds the “yesoreyeram-infinity-datasource” as a datasource, so you can interact with all the Eyer HTTP APIs. Navigate to

  • Connections (expand this item)

    • “Add new connections” → search for “Infinity” → select “install”

    • → Data sources (click)

      • → Click the “Add new data source” button (top right) and add the “Infinity” data source.

Navigate to the “Authentication” section of the infinity-datasource, and set this to “No Auth”.

Finally, select the “Security” section, and add “https://boomi.eyer.ai” and “https://topology.eyer.ai” as allowed hosts.

Step 3

  1. Now we will add the datasource to show the Eyer metrics and baselines. Navigate to “Connections → Add new connection”, then select “InfluxDB”.

  1. On the InfluxDB page, click “Add new datasource”

  1. On the settings page, set the following

    1. “Query language” to “Flux”.

    2. “URL” to “https://westeurope-1.azure.cloud2.influxdata.com

    3. In “Auth”, turn off basic auth

    4. Under the “InfluxDB Details”, set “Organisation” to “Eyer, and “Token” to the “influxToken” you received with your API keys.

  2. Hit “Save and test”. If the connection works, proceed to next step. If not, check all your settings again, or contact our support.
