We recommend that you keep the Eyer - Partner Connector in a process that is scheduled to run every 5 minutes. In addition, the connector should be configured with dynamic operation properties for the from / to timestamps for the query time range (see screenshot below).
Make sure to use UTC!
With this setup, the Eyer - Partner Connector will check for new / updated / closed anomaly alerts every 5 minutes, and will ensure that only current anomaly alert events are picked up.
